This grocery store looks pretty bare reminded me of how empty ours is
Ham Steak
What you need: Ham steak, 2 rings canned pineapple, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbs. mustard, 1/8 tsp. ground clove
What you need to do: Mix the sugar, mustard and clove and cover both sides of the ham. Place under broiler or in a hot skillet for approx. 10 mins. or until sugar melts. Use some of this melted sugar to brown pineapple at the last moment.
I was wanting to make this for my family this week, yet the snow storm had other plans. Now again our streets are difficult to drive and our local grocery store is running low on quite a few items. Also this morning I fell on the ice and sprained my knee, which I had injured years ago. I have a torn ACL ligament, which I have not had surgery done on. Nevertheless this recipe will have to wait a bit longer to reach our lips.

This sounds really good actually — I might see about getting a ham steak when I go to the store tomorrow. We haven’t had one in a while. Thanks for the idea!

Marie soon as I can get to the store I will make this too. I will post pictures if I can get them before it is gone. If you get a chance take pics and send a pic so I can see how yours came out.
