Recession Proofing our Marriage

I was watching a show today that I had taped on my DVR from Oprah How to Recession Proof Your Marriage. 

After watching this I need to make sure my husband and I sit down and have this talk.  I want to make sure I let him know that no matter what our marriage is first.  If the time ever comes when we have to lose our home and our possessions that all that is not worth our marriage.  Even if we have to live in a small place and start from scratch we are more than our jobs and our possessions.

I think he feels the same, but I need to hear it from him.
