2. K4 Beginning Sounds Worksheets from Confessions of a Homeschooler
These are some really nice worksheets to teach sound to you lil ones. I am going to use it for my preschooler and I think he will like the graphics too as they are bright and of things he is familiar with.
3. Preschool and Kindergarten Free Printables from Creative Learning Fun
Hop on over and check out these cute printables, my lil guy loved it, I think I will use it again. He doesn’t get bored of the same thing. He watches movies over and over so I tried it with worksheets and it works he is just as enthusiastic the first time as the second or third.

Long Weekend Preparing For Our Foster Kids
My husband and I spent the all weekend and Monday putting the final touches to our home. We got the long awaited call last Thursday that two boys ages 4 and 7 would be place in our home. See we are new foster parents and our family knows that this will not always be an easy road but we are so excited to be able to have another child bless us.
But it didn’t happen, at least not yet for as we learned the process is full of twists and turns. I am thankful I had my feet on the ground and didn’t go along with my husbands idea of going out to purchase items for our two precious boys. We might have spent all that time and money buying and now we still don’t have the kids here.
My suggestion was to wait till they were in our home and then get things for them they may need. My dear husband was so excited he wanted to go out and get all sorts of items he imagined the children would feel comfortable with. His heart was in the right place, but it wasn’t the practical thing to do. Poor fella he was a bit disappointed to hear that the kids were not ready to be place just yet.
So now as new foster parents in the system, we wait for our one or two blessings to arrive so that we can pour all our love and attention on them.
